In 2014 we saw the need to inject Felixstowe with a bit of love and personal connectivity. After all, this is the duty of any good media channel… the connect, unite, inform, inspire and fill with community spirit.

The Felixstowe Magazine is the trophy publication under the Birdy Publications wing. It’s the mag that started it all. This grassroots platform champions local people, charities, organisations, photographers and artists, every year. Starting out as a free door-to-door, 20-page magazine, The Felixstowe Magazine evolved over the 2020 lockdown by branching out into Felixstowe’s first community dedicated app. To cater for all that was needed, our “Little mag with a lot of heart” transformed and the dynamic duo now comprises an annual, stunning 100-page magazine and a grassroots community AND news app full of Felixstowe community spirit.
